I am committed to protecting your personal information. So committed, I've written a lot of boring stuff to prove it. Pour yourself a large glass of wine before you start reading. Unless you're underage. In which case, please refer to #6.

1. Collection of your personal information
When you use my services, I collect Personal Information. By "Personal Information", I mean information that can identify an individual such as:
Business or organization name
Credit card information (if applicable for payment purposes)
You may always choose not to provide Personal Information, but this may prevent you from receiving certain services. Please feel free to email me directly at email@example.com if you wish to have access to certain resources without submitting your Personal Information.
I also collect non-Personal Information, or information that does not identify an individual, which is generally collected (or "logged") by websites or Internet services when accessed by users, such as:
Information about your operating system or browser
The pages of my website that you viewed during your visit
What information or content you view, hover or click on
The referring web page
What city and province you are located in (but not your precise geographic location)
Unique identifiers (arbitrary codes or series of characters I create to identify users without Personal Information)
I will not use non-Personal Information to try and identify you, and if I associate non-Personal Information with information that does reveal your identity, I will treat it as Personal Information.
When you provide me with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order or request a refund, I imply that you consent to my collecting and using it for that specific reason only.
You may withdraw your consent for me to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information at anytime by contacting me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I will not disclose your Personal Information to third parties except as described below. I will also not sell or disclose any Personal Information to third parties for their own marketing purposes unless you have explicitly asked me to.
I do reserve the right to transfer information (including your Personal Information) to a third party in the event of a sale, merger or in the unlikely event of a bankruptcy. You will be notified via email or prominent notice on paperplanescreative.com for 30 days of any such change in ownership or control of your Personal Information.
Finally, I may disclose your Personal Information if I am required to do so by law or if you violate my Terms of Services.
4. Third-Party Services
In general, the third-party providers I use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information I am required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, I recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which they will handle your Personal Information.
n particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
s an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.

Here is a list of cookies that I use. I've listed them here so you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not:

No but seriously, to assist in collecting and storing non-Personal Information, I use a variety of technologies, including cookies. A cookie is a small amount of data that a website stores on your web browser. Cookies may contain user preferences, unique identifiers and other non-Personal Information.
I also work with third-party advertising networks that collect non-Personal Information in order to deliver ads to users of this site. These ads are tailored to your preferences, based on general categories in which you've shown an interest and your interest in my services.
If you visit my website, I may use a third-party advertising network to serve display advertising to you about my services on third-party websites. You are often able to learn more about these ads and opt out of receiving them within the ads themselves when you see them.
6. Age of Consent
I do not knowingly collect Personal Information from users that are under the age of 18. I do not authorize users under the age of 18 to use my services. By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
If you are under the age of 18 and reading this policy, first of all, good for you and second, please inform your parents so you can have a serious conversation about whether or not they will give their consent for you to use this site. But seriously, I'm impressed.
I have it. I use reasonable methods to safeguard and protect your Personal Information. For example, I use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol to encrypt and authenticate data transferred over the Internet. This is fancy tech-talk to say "I upgraded http to https."
However, no method of data storage is 100% secure (ask Hilary Clinton), so while I strive to follow commercially acceptable means to ensure your Personal Information is protected, I cannot guarantee its security.
